Security+ protocol setting

GET http://{deviceHost}/select/Security%2B%20protocol

Returns the currently selected Security+ communication protocol. The GDO blaQ supports
Security+ 1.0, Security+ 2.0, and Security+ 1.0 with Smart Panel.

v2 → v3 URL change:

• v2 (ESPHome < 2026.7): /select/security__protocol
  (double underscore because + and space both sanitize to _)
• v3 (ESPHome ≥ 2026.7): /select/Security%2B%20protocol
  (URL-encode + as %2B and space as %20)
